a perfect meal substitute

this is my secret
 it works
it's a little expensive,
if you can afford it, be careful, because it really works

it's just one simple meal substitute. it should take about 3 weeks to have desired affect

you'll need:

  • 2 tbs. peanut butter
  • 1 tbs. oats
  • 2 tbs. honey
  • 1.5 tbs. coconut (shredded) 
  • 1 tbs. sesame/ other grains (chopped fine)
  • some dried fruit
wacha needa do:
  1. mix it all in a bowl
  2. eat it in place of two meals
  3. exercise regularly and watch your fat fly away
