it works
it's a little expensive,
if you can afford it, be careful, because it really works
it's just one simple meal substitute. it should take about 3 weeks to have desired affect
you'll need:
- 2 tbs. peanut butter
- 1 tbs. oats
- 2 tbs. honey
- 1.5 tbs. coconut (shredded)
- 1 tbs. sesame/ other grains (chopped fine)
- some dried fruit
wacha needa do:
- mix it all in a bowl
- eat it in place of two meals
- exercise regularly and watch your fat fly away
